“ Quick service, parking lot was fully packed but understandable as it's lunchtime. Super casual vibes Like the darker color tones inside the store vs the traditional plain white Large tv menus to read, they have a huge selection of snacks and even this herbal traditional tea drink in the fridge with real ingredients that will impress the Asian moms. Lotus seeds jujubee The shrimp and pork rolls were $5 no tax which is great and affordable to go ”
“ Have been wanting to try this spot since passing the city a couple times and finally got to try the bahn mi to see what all the hype was about! NO REGRET. I tried the special combination bahn mi and it was so freshly made and the bread was very toasty and crispy. The already made spring rolls were also what I needed to try and it was also delicious with the peanut sauce it comes with. Tried the Vietnamese ice coffee here also and it was yummy and not too sweet, more on the strong side but nothing I couldn't handle. Customer service is fast and efficient, even when a little busy with 8-10 customers waiting. A good spot to get a lot of food for the buck! Thanks!! ”
“ Banh Mi My Tho - Rosemead Out of all three locations, this is the best one. They accept card, and the banh mi here is top-tier. If I'm craving a Banh Mi Dac Biet, this is the spot. Perfect balance of flavors, great bread, and just $7 for high quality. For grilled pork (thịt heo nướng), I prefer Saigon Bakery. The vermicelli rice noodles (bún thịt nướng chả giò) were good but not something I'd reorder--I've had better elsewhere. If you're coming here, get the Banh Mi Dac Biet. You won't be disappointed. ”
“ lines usually long & parking is a pain but sammies r yumz ~ we alwayz order special #1 wish their bread were toasted but overall a good place 2 get banh-mi f u r inda area ”
“ I tried this Banh Mi My Tho location recently, and the sandwich quality reminded me of what I used to get at the Alhambra branch. This setting was different in that they offer some indoor seating, and similar to the Alhambra location, they sell a variety of food items and market goods outside of banh mi. Service was fast and efficient during an early afternoon weekday visit. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi, an iced coffee, and a smattering of pork egg rolls. The pork egg rolls were crispy with a nice snap to the meat filling, and the banh mi had a great amount of filling with a nice mix of flavors. The iced coffee had the intense flavor offset by the condensed milk's sweetness that you expect with good iced Vietnamese coffee. ”
“ The sandwiches were delicious! They don't have a tray option, but created one for us. The egg rolls were as good as ever! It's a can't miss! The staff is friendly, and the place clean. It's much bigger than the original location. ”
“ This was my first time eating at the Rosemead location! (The one on Valley is my go to for banh mi, but it can get super busy.) (Parking + About) The rosemead location has a very small parking lot shared with State Farm. It was hard to find parking on the weekend. -- This location is newer looking on the inside, and most importantly they take CARD for payment! It is not cash only like the other location. -- I was pleased that the quality of the food is the same as the other location. If it were closer to me, I'd come here instead because they take card. (Food) -- Can't go wrong with a combination banh mi or charbroil pork banh mi. They stuff their banh mi's with so much protein. Also, don't skip their charbroiled meatball sticks! Yum. (The eggrolls are good, but nothing out of the ordinary). -- They sell snacks like shrimp chills, asian drinks, and other goodies here. I hope this family continues to open more locations! ”
“ I love to see the new generation helping to make Vietnamese food more modern and accessible! I feel like I avoided going to a lot of authentic Vietnamese restaurants without my mom because I can't speak the language, but with places like this specific location of Banh Mi My Tho I don't have that anxiety anymore!!! Menu is in English, workers all speak English pretty well and are friendly, easy to order, fast pick up. This is my favorite banh mi place in 626. The portions are generous and they don't skimp on the meat which makes me so so happy! The bread is crunchy on the outside and kinda messes up the roof of my mouth (but that's how a legit banh mi is supposed to be) and the inside of the bread is nice and soft. Iced coffee is super fast (I didn't try but my husband had no complaints). I also LOVE LOVE LOVE their pandan layered jello here. Parking lot is easy to navigate to, can get busy at times but reasonable. ”
“ I can see why the SGV Eats Facebook group consistently says this place has the best banh mi in the SGV. Everything is perfect, from the crunchy bread, to the tender flavorful meats, and the fresh crisp vegetables. I got the grilled pork banh mi and my friend got the chicken, both were delicious. So glad I finally was able to get it again. They close at 4 pm, and I'm usually not in the area at that time. Service is friendly. I like the plants they have inside as decoration, they add color and personality to the space. I know the other location in Rosemead is also owned by the same family, but this location just seems better. I think the meat is more tender. ”
“ Ughh I can't remember which banh mis we got but they were SOO good and packed a bunch of flavor!! I think it was a pork and a beef one. Got extra mayo for no extra charge. they have a lot of other things in the store too, like vietnamese yogurt, chrysanthemum teas, herbal drinks, collagen drinks, panna cotta, and flan! there is a bathroom here and the parking lot has ample spots. the girl working at the register was super nice too. ”
